Making bread at home is very simple and practical. For making bread; Take a large container and pour the flour into it. Then add salt, sugar and yeast and mix. In the bowl, separate the flour to the edges, make a hole in the middle and add warm water.
After adding the water, gently mix the flour with the water and start kneading. When you have finished kneading, cover it with a damp cloth and leave it for 1 hour at room temperature.
After the dough is fermented, give it the shape you want and place it on your baking tray and optionally sesame or black seed can be added. Place the tray in the cold oven and adjust your oven to 180 - 200 degrees. Cook until golden brown.

-4.5 cups of flour + 1 tablespoon of heaped flour

HOW TO MAKE BREAD AT HOME?
For delicious bread making; Pour 4 and a half cups of flour into a deep bowl and add 1 tablespoon of topping flour. Add 1 pack of instant dry yeast, 1 tablespoon wipe powder sugar and 1 teaspoon salt and mix.
Then pour 2 cups of warm water into the mixture little by little and start mixing with your hand. Stir until flour and water are mixed. You don't need to knead too much. The dough will be quite soft, so it will stick to your hand. Do not add flour and solidify the dough. Peel the dough left in your hand with the help of a spoon.
Cover the bread dough you prepared and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour.
On the other side, lightly flour the bottom of a medium-sized baking dish (24 cm). Then pour the fermented bread dough into the bowl with the help of a spoon and spread. Sprinkle a little flour on it.
Put the prepared bread in a preheated 180 degree oven without making yeast. Cook for about 40-45 minutes. Take out the bread after baking. Sprinkle some water on it. Then wrap it well with a clean cover. Leave to rest for 15-20 minutes.
After resting your bread for 15 minutes, you can slice it with the help of a knife and serve it.
